Logistics Supervisor (Finance)

As a Logistics Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain management. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, ultimately contributing to Honeywell's competitive edge in the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of a product distribution center. This person is responsible for every aspect of the warehouse operations (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost). This person is responsible for managing the staff's performance, ensuring the smooth delivery of daily operations, and guiding the successful execution goals by maximizing the staff's productivity within the specified timeframe and budget goals.

You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead the team to execute the operation strategy including: Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, and shipment.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics since this is part of a multisite worldwide distribution supply chain.
• Manage overall operational targets
• Evaluate material flow
• Ensure transaction compliance
• Supervise logistic team
• Improve labor efficiency
• Manage Third Party logistics relationship
• Drive team excellence and talent retention
• Drive continuous improvement culture

• 5+ years of experience in logistics/warehouse management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
