Bag Drop/Range Attendant (Creative Design)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Bag Drop / Range Attendant provides attentive and efficient customer service to our members on the golf range. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Bring golf carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside of the Golf Shop.
  • Remove bags from customer vehicles and load onto carts (we do not have bag storage).
  • Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers.
  • Operate tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
  • Wash all range balls daily.
  • Return carts to shelter; remove towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink containers, etc., from carts and save reusable items; wash cart with hose, dry it off, park cart in shelter, and connect charger cable.
  • Observe and maintain pace of play.
  • Report all infractions to the Golf Shop immediately.
  • Carry and provide clean towels and water for ball washers.
  • Replace towels and replenish water on ball washers.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • Previous experience at a resort/club is preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Must be familiar with the operations of a golf course and course etiquette. 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks. 
  • Must be able to work outside for long periods of time.
