🩺 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the night shift with professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise
• Oversee CNAs and LVNs, ensuring high-quality resident care
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions accurately
• Communicate with on-call providers and relay updates as needed
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies (your superhero cape is optional—but welcome!)
• Ensure compliance with care plans, protocols, and regulatory requirements

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Active CA RN license in good standing
• Prior skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A heart for helping others, and the leadership skills to guide a team
• A calm, collected night shifter ready to make a difference!
