A Brief Overview:

The Jr. Compounder assists in the preparation of liquid and bulk compounds by following precise formulations

and safety protocols. This role supports senior compounders by measuring and mixing raw materials,

maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices

(GMP). The Jr. Compounder will also help with inventory management, and equipment preparation.

What you will do

· Assist in measuring and mixing raw materials according to established formulations. Follow detailed

instructions to support accurate batch preparation.

· Record batch details, raw material usage, and processing steps. Ensure documentation accuracy and

compliance with regulatory standards.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to safety guidelines and Good

Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

· Help with equipment setup, calibration, and minor adjustments as directed. Perform routine

maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery.

· Assist in conducting basic quality checks during and after batch processing. Identify and report any

inconsistencies or abnormalities.

· Help track raw materials and finished product inventory. Assist in proper storage and labeling of

chemicals and ingredients.

· Work closely with senior compounders to learn compounding processes. Participate in training on safety

procedures, GMP compliance, and equipment handling.

· Some duties may vary slightly by location.

Education Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) or

· coursework in Chemical Technology or related field (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

· 1-3 years in manufacturing, compounding, or chemical processing (Preferred)

· 1-3 years basic understanding of measuring techniques and manufacturing processes (Preferred)
