Client Account Support Advisor-Accredo- Hybrid (Finance)



As a Client Account Support Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring Accredo Specialty Pharmacy operational support for account teams and clients. Support would include providing customer service expertise, knowledge of pharmacy process and practices, monitoring of operational metrics, analyzing performance and developing strategies to prevent reoccurrence of service concerns.

What you'll do:

  • Effectively build cross-functional partnerships
  • Focus on complex analysis and operational process improvements
  • Share ideas, solutions and recommendations for enhancements to the organization
  • Proactively identify opportunities, initiate discussions and instigate next steps
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analysis based on reporting and communication with internal and external partners
  • Achieve service deliverables to ensure account team and client satisfaction
  • Independently determine best course of action for immediate resolution of any service issues, process gaps or escalations
  • Present recommendations to all levels of the organization and/or external partners in a concise and articulate manner
  • Operationally support account teams by providing consultative guidance, conducting analysis, identifying trends and escalations, and managing projects
  • Must be able to present and or support teams/partners/clients on-site, as needed as well as work regularly on location/onsite (based on team needs/company policy and within the required distance from a company location)

What you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree helpful
  • 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM required
  • 5+ years' experience managing relationships in an operations focused environment required
  • Knowledge of Accredo operations and systems desired
  • Strong relationship building and client facing experience
  • Experience engaging various partners to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing others and relating to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to self-direct by taking calculated risks
  • Apply critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong detail orientation and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, including a deep working knowledge of Excel reporting functionality
  • Professional verbal, written communication and presentation skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
