Lead, DC Digital Business Partner & Cybersecurity

Is a key position to achieved digitalization of Schneider's Factories and Distribution Centers. As it is a hybrid/on-site position, it is essential to get involved in Distribution Center business processes and operation, understand their problems and be able to translate all digital needs into Technical IT Solutions.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to ensuring Distribution Center's compliance in Schneider Digital standards, coordinate network infrastructure changes or new enhancements, align to strategic priorities, participate in cross-functional activities to support, and allow business continuity. This position will collaborate and work with regional and global teams depending on projects.

This role is the main point of contact for all Distribution Center business units, sometimes he/she became a bridge with other digital teams. Such as SAP, Oracle, Connectivity, Assets Mgmt., Tech Partners, Security etc.

As well, Accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in all the US/MX Distribution Center. Manage all activities to improve cyber resilience in the plant: protect the OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of the site. The scope of action includes the local OT infrastructures, applications, and the shopfloor population.

What will I do in this role?

  • Work with DC area to ensure Digital Adoption, according to digital and cybersecurity standards in Schneider.
  • Be the digital key contact and contribute for business transformation projects.
  • Be Cybersecurity Site lead for the DC/factory, leading actions to achieve the KPIs.
  • Understand, support, and collaborate in regional NAM or global projects related with Connectivity and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and collaborate power/network outage, electrical maintenance, data center changes, UPS, etc.
  • Reduce and prevent Technical Debt across organization, Including Shadow IT, and infrastructure landscape by retiring non-sustainable assets.
  • Track IT assets, collaborate against obsolescence, participate in IT assets refresh and contribute to improve the KPI.
  • Help understanding technical requirements for needs and quotations, pushing modernization.
  • Participate in Physical Inventory.
  • Troubleshoot key users and give support for existing applications.
  • Be able to delegate efficiently with other teammates such as: Tech Partners, In-Plants, vendors, scholarship.
  • Be able to communicate and share ideas with many stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and report high level status to a plant manager and finance controller.
  • Willing to support extra hours or backup other peers.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in informatics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • MS Office level intermediate
  • Collaboration tools such as Teams/SharePoint/Jira
  • Knowledge of IoT Technology.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology in Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of ERPs, such as: Oracle, SAP
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as: Tableau, Power Bi or similar.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Organizational skills, stakeholder analysis.
  • Risk Assessment, cost-benefits analysis.
  • Resilience and flexibility.
