SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Sales)

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager in the Sales Operations department. The Sales Support Lead will use your organization, multi-tasking and mentoring skills to provide support to the individual Support teams and DM's resellers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Supporting the sales team by carrying out customer service and other transactions quickly and effectively

Providing the most positive customer service in the industry to our customers and to be role model for others in the Sales Support team

Utilizing cross-selling and up-selling, when possible, to drive gross profit.

A technology-driven position, utilizing phone system and computer system to conduct business

Assist in training on using the phone system and updates to our computer system

Develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams and business partners

Assist the Sales Support Manager in daily tasks, such as sales box emails, vendor claim denials, price adjustment batching, EDI mapping and daily questions from the sales team

Assist the Sales Support Manager in training of new sales support hires, planning agenda for monthly sales support meetings and participating in updating and creating SOP's
