Tooling Tech - Job Description

• The Tooling Technician cleans and maintains molds, is responsible for insert changes, and performs routine maintenance and repair of mold breakdowns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have prior job experience and/or certificates in the below areas to be considered for the position:
  • Industrial Welding - Arc, Mig, Tig
  • Layout Fabrication
  • Fluid Power
  • Basic Lathe and mill operations
  • Forklift Training

Additional Skills And Abilities Required:

• Excellent Attendance
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• An above average ability to get along with others
• Ability to learn to read blueprints
• Ability to learn to use measuring equipment (i.e. micrometers & calipers)
• Basic math skills
