Assistant Executive Director (Administrative)
Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement operational strategies.
Act as Executive Director in their absence--keeping things running smoothly and compassionately.
Take the lead on select departments and provide guidance to department heads.
Oversee quality assurance (QA) initiatives and drive continuous improvement in resident care.
Drive Engagement & Excellence:
Make regular rounds and build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Use surveys and feedback to improve services and proactively address concerns.
Monitor onboarding, orientation, and mentorship programs to support staff success.
Help lead employee safety, compliance, and training programs alongside HR and corporate teams.
Manage & Monitor the Business Side:
Assist in developing budgets and financial reports with the Finance Director.
Support department managers in day-to-day financial decision-making.
Contribute to census growth and admissions support through collaboration and reporting.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Heart & Leadership Skills)
Licensure & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous leadership experience in senior living or healthcare strongly preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development a big plus.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting both residents and staff.
Ability to balance operational efficiency with a human-first approach to care.
