Health & Wellness Director (RN) (Personal Services)

We are seeking an experienced RN to manage care coordination and lead our clinical team. This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on residents and staff.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical operations, resident assessments, and care plan management
Supervise CNAs and unlicensed team members in daily care delivery
Coordinate with physicians, families, and other providers to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all licensing regulations
Lead medication delegation and audits
Participate in an on-call rotation for clinical triage and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

RN license in the state of Iowa (required)
Experience in senior living or long-term care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Background and communicable disease screening clearance
