#LI-RH1You will collaborate with opportunity owners to ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Salesforce system Develop and maintain business reports to track sales performance and identify trends Additionally, you will analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving sales processes and systems Lead discussions with sales and finance on order intake forecasting As well you will understand the business implications of changes in opportunities and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders Prepare slides summarizing Sales Force information for executives to present in leadership meetings Creating reports as needed to support opportunity owners. Including win/loss summaries Understand Salesforce nuances in reporting for each business (Large Projects, PlantServ, Spare Parts, etc) Provide training and support to sales team members on the use of the Salesforce system Lastly you will participate in sales meetings to capture comprehensive notes and ensure precise documentation of key points and outcomes
