Senior Level:
You are the engineer Illumina is looking for. In your future role at the Wisconsin site of the global leader in genetic sequencing, you will be one of a group of equipment engineers providing maintenance and technical support for the equipment and systems producing the enzymes that fuel Illumina's sequencing and array-based solutions for analysis of genetic variation and function, in realms from cancer research to agriculture. You will be part of a self-directed and diverse team that is responsible for all aspects of equipment maintenance (including corrective, preventative, and predictive) with the primary focus being on fermentation vessels. You will also regularly work with other teams and vendors in a collaborative environment. Minimum Requirements:
The estimated base salary range for the Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (E2/Sr) role based in the United States of America is: $89,400 - $134,000. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
