Business Loan Servicing Specialist (Finance)

What You'll Do:

Responsible for all servicing function related to business loans and accounts throughout their lifecycle by processing collateral releases, tracking insurance, preparing various reports, reviewing notices, processing disbursements, posting payments/deposits, maintaining participation sold and purchased accounts, and providing various accounting functions. Provide exceptional, efficient, and accurate Member service.

What's Needed For This Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with financial services
• Must be bondable upon hire

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of financial services and basic accounting principles, with the ability to manage complex servicing tasks and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and high-volume workloads with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support internal teams and Members through written and verbal interactions.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues, perform quality control, and improve servicing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools, with the ability to learn new technologies and work efficiently in a collaborative, open-office environment.

We'd Love To See:

• One-year certificate in Accounting or related field
• Previous loan servicing experience

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week.  Typically schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.

Training:

• Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
• Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
