Role/ Department: Wealth Client Sr Strategist/AM Marketing

Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is seeking a dynamic Wealth Client Sr Strategist to join its Client Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen engagement with financial professionals and their clients across the Wealth and Intermediary segments.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of investor behavior, investment strategies, and the advisor landscape, with a passion for turning insights into results-driven marketing initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that works across sales, product, and content teams to drive growth, differentiation, and client impact.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue and business goals for the Wealth and Intermediary channels, ensuring alignment with business and sales priorities
• Translate client and market insights/needs into actionable strategies across multi-channel platforms, using data/feedback to tailor messaging and prioritize outreach
• Own the thought leadership strategy in close collaboration with client sales team and key stakeholders/leadership, ensuring all messaging supports advisor conversations and business development
• Deliver campaign performance reporting and data-driven analysis to optimize strategy, drive accountability, and demonstrate ROI
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and clear communication across stakeholders
• Drive measurable impact from initiatives by focusing on lead generation, pipeline influence, and channel-specific engagement across digital platforms, content creation, and client events
• Proactively generate new marketing ideas to elevate NTAM's presence and relevance with advisors and key decision-makers

Skills/Qualifications:
• 7-15 years of experience in asset or wealth management, with a focus on marketing, product, or client engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions, and the needs of high-net-worth individuals and financial advisors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)
We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.

Salary Range:
$114,700 - 194,900 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
