Shipping Senior Pharmacy Technician - Express Scripts Pharmacy - St. Louis, MO (Finance)
As a Pharmacy Senior Shipping Technician you will be responsible for and monitoring of workflow amd rework requests to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately.
- Work Schedule: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Sunday to Wednesday
- ON-SITE IN HQ3 - Technology Center - 4600 North Hanley

- Be a superstar in the eyes of your team and the end patient: Coordinate and monitor daily workflow in the pharmacy. Cross trained in multiple areas while maintaining proficiency and accuracy
- Use your expert problem solving skills to help our patients be at their best every day: Work with a skilled team in a temperature controlled warehouse environment to ensure patients get the medication they need in a timely manner.
- Create new knowledge with our systems and new relationships with your peers: You'll start with training, but you're not doing it alone. You'll enjoy a supportive environment with your peers and other teams who want you to succeed.
What you should have:
- Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- High School Diploma / GED required, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Basic math skills and General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required
- Displays self-motivation and takes initiative to accomplish goals
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Warehouse and forklift experience is a plus but will traing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to self-direct, multi-task, be accountable, approachable, and organized
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, troubleshoot problems and make decision
