Senior Director Business Process Management

The Senior Director for Business Process Management (BPM) is a strategic role within the Accelerator enterprise organization that will serve as the leader for driving Process transformation efforts across Honeywell's Functions and Businesses in support of our Accelerator transformation efforts.

This role will drive the definition and execution of the BPM teams vision, strategy, and operations in close partnership with VP Accelerator with strong alignment with the Accelerator Six Sigma Transformation programs. This role will also drive our monthly business process and data council (BPDC) aligning our transformation efforts with overall strategic direction of the company.

Lastly, this role will require management of internal process analyst team guiding their careers, aligning demand with resources, and developing strong succession plans to support future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with VP of Accelerator to design the BPM strategy and process transformation portfolio, aligned closely with the Business and Functional AOP and transformation roadmaps.
  • Work with the SBG Accelerator Transformation leadership team ensure BPM team priorities support the strategic objectives of the respective businesses.
  • Evaluating process priorities across businesses and functions to understand future demand, create transformation roadmap and ensure alignment of internal group's resources to support demand

Execution
  • Driving the implementation of process transformation initiatives and best practices for enhancing operations, processes, and efficiency.
  • Responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders for measuring and reporting results to senior leadership to ensure business goals are achieved
  • Ensure successful execution of BPDC monthly meetings and enable strong collaboration with Data Management team
  • Collaborate in a matrixed environment as change initiatives are executed across the organization. This will involve working very closely with business and functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to design future state processes and their implementation
  • Coach business leaders in process transformation mindsets and behaviors to instill a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work closely with IT Automation team to implement Process automation tools in support of process transformation i.e. Celonis, Appian

Team Management
  • Supervise, manage, and lead a team of senior process analysts to support transformation efforts
  • Establish and manage a virtual network of business and functional BPM experts that support the broader BPM portfolio priorities - include BPM community establishment and process training,
