Learning Operations Partner (Finance)



What you will do
  • Learning Program Measurement:
    • Design and deploy tools for tracking learning program feedback
    • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement, rooted in industry best practices and evolving trends
    • Monitor, evaluate and communicate learning program measures of success in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and leadership
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies and more to inform and shape learning strategies through data storytelling
    • Run standard and custom reports on learning activity, participation, completion rates, learning hours and other key metrics as requested/needed
    • Lead multi-region learning initiatives, interacting with individual contributors and leaders
  • Manage Learning Operations:
    • Design the LMS and learning governance strategy by defining program controls, processes and procedures
    • Manage learning systems user access
    • Program/enrollment administration
    • Drive continuous process optimization to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Mandatory Training Management:
    • Lead internal consultation around MT inquiries and stakeholder management
    • Oversee the tracking of delinquencies to ensure compliance
    • Conduct analysis and gather evidence for the delivery of audit requests
  • Global Learning Community:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Learning Community
    • Lead community engagement by maintaining line-of-sight around needs of the community, fostering best practice sharing and driving visibility around industry trends
    • Planning and facilitation of monthly learning community meetings
  • LMS Content Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and maintain the Workday Learning QA Checklist
    • Evaluate learning content for quality assurance, providing feedback and guidance on best practices as well as approval of content for the LMS production environment

What you bring
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a Learning & Development role focused on adult learning.
  • Strong Technical Acumen: Possesses a strong aptitude for technology, with the ability to quickly master new software, systems, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exhibits a forward-thinking mindset, skilled at identifying long-term opportunities and developing plans that align with overarching business goals.
  • Critical & Analytical Thinking: Employs sharp analytical skills to deconstruct complex problems and draw logical, well-supported conclusions to guide decisions.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Translates complex data sets and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that provide actionable insights and influence strategic decision-making.
