About the Role
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Carousel – Production team member on 2nd shift to help us meet customer needs by locating, counting, weighing, and routing materials for production and shipping. This role plays a key part in our mission to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding quality.
Responsibilities

Review job routers to determine work priorities by due dates.

Pull and move materials from stock to workstations or carts.

Ensure proper identification of goods for routing to departments.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of received goods.

Count/weigh materials to meet customer requirements.

Record material and time usage in company systems.

Print and apply required job and part labels.

Conduct inventory counts when needed.

Follow plant safety rules and report any quality concerns.

Keep the workspace clean and safe per company and regulatory standards.

Perform other tasks as assigned within the fabrication system.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills for entering job and material data.

Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.

Basic math and measurement conversion skills; experience using a tape measure.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to honesty, integrity, and safety awareness.

Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $18-$19.00 per hour.
