Summer/Fall 2025 Intern - Organizational Development (OD) Intern (Agriculture)
OUR BANK - The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the United States and is one of the most influential, trusted, and prestigious financial organizations. It consists of twelve Reserve Banks located around the country and the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta territory covers the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and portions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The Atlanta Fed and the other Reserve Banks play an important part in all three of the Fed's functions: monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and the operation of a nationwide payment system.
The People & Culture Department exists to maximize the effectiveness of the Bank's human capital, by providing the right people, at the right time, with the right competencies to achieve business goals and objectives. Scope of Assignment
The Organizational Development (OD) intern will work on various projects in support of the team's four key work streams:
New Employee and Leader Onboarding
Organizational Culture and Engagement
Staff and Leadership Development
Talent and Performance Management
If possible, the intern will begin work on site during the summer and continue working remotely during the fall semester on a part time basis. There may be potential to extend to the spring semester.
Qualifications
Enrollment in an accredited college or university obtaining a bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Graduate students will also be considered.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
The role is a hybrid role (mix of onsite and remote work), but flexibility may be available to work remotely during the fall/spring.
Preferred
Graduate student (preferably second year Masters or PhD student) in Industrial – Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resources or related field. Bachelors students equally considered.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); additional experience Tableau, Power BI, and/or prior experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc…) a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects; basic project management skills desired
