Job Overview: ( SNF experience preferred)

• As the Admissions Coordinator, your primary role will be to efficiently and timely admit residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Interview residents, guardians, and sponsors to obtain required admission information and signatures
• Prepare identification records for residents according to established policies and procedures
• Maintain an accurate record of available beds
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in adherence to established policies and procedures
• Provide residents with admission information packets, including resident rights, notice of privacy practices, and admissions contract
