Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Maintain proper inventories for all the raw goods and all the full goods. This includes all the full goods product, bottles, pallets, and flats. Variances need to be identified and corrected daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw/full goods in the production/warehouse facility and yard.
  • Critical counting and documentation for plants.
  • Order and inventory all production raw materials. Maintain inventory records to ensure supplies are at adequate levels. Manage Chep inventory.
  • Prepare daily reports, syrup yields, line efficiencies, chemical inventories Back flush all material utilized daily. Complete period end inventory and results.
  • Enter all data with AP and Supply Chain
  • Prepare, copy, and distribute required reports. Post inventory, inter-plants, and production to SAP. Create BOL inbound and out.
  • Communicate with vendors. Generate bill-backs for defective materials and downtime, as necessary. In person audits with vendors
  • Physically count daily of all material and full goods.
  • Communicate all shortage daily to production and Vertique.
  • Communicate all shortages daily to production. Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • One (1) year of inventory coordination experience preferred.
  • Good math and PC skills required.
  • SAP and inventory knowledge preferred.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Mental Functions

Diversified and complex job requiring continuous and sustained mental effort and alertness or very close work requiring constant visual attention.

Physical Functions

Constantly (67%) required to sit. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (20%) required to lift up to 40 pounds.

EQUIPMENT USED

Computer, Avail, software, SAP software and general office equipment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

None required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak and read English.
