CREDITOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATE (Sales)



Global is seeking a highly personable and driven Creditor Relations Associate to report to our Chief Risk & Administrative Officer. This individual will be responsible for expanding our network of creditor partners and acting as the primary point of contact for all new and existing creditor relationships. This is a new, high-visibility role critical to driving the adoption of our direct payment products and ensuring a best-in-class service experience for our partners and customers. The role provides the right individual with a significant opportunity to make an immediate impact, develop skills in sales and account management, and is designed to position a successful candidate for future growth opportunities throughout the business. The candidate should be located in the Tempe, AZ area. Tulsa, OK or Dallas, TX metro areas are also acceptable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engage potential new creditor partners through direct outreach and by working with established channel partners.
  • Lead discussions with prospective creditors to articulate the value and benefits of our direct payment products and manage the process of signing and onboarding new partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new and existing creditors, providing exceptional, responsive support for any inquiries or issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key contacts at our creditor partner organizations.
  • Schedule and lead regular review meetings with major creditor partners and senior Global Holdings leadership to present payment data, discuss performance, address challenges, and introduce new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and to resolve any escalated issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, communication, and relationship statuses using HubSpot or other systems. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability and comfort in making sales-type calls to new contacts.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a dedication to being highly responsive and providing solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar systems is desirable but not required.
  • A highly personable and professional demeanor, capable of building rapport and trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a new, developing role.
  • Confidence in preparing for and leading meetings with external partners.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Travel required – personnel in Tempe or Tulsa will be expected to be in our local offices 3 days per week, and if located in Dallas, will be required to travel to Tulsa at least one week per month at company expense.

Education and Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, account management, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in debt settlement, payment processing or accounts payables is a plus.
  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
