ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of this position is to operate the Coring Machine, making sure the machine is properly maintained and quality products are being produced.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
· Use and read a tape measure accurately
· Laying out holes for coring
· Run chop saw
· Place rebar for floor
· Proper use of hand tools
· Read CAD drawings
· Read label and install proper boots and bands
· Read Titan drawings
· Place troughing for pouring
· Check manhole for proper placement of holes
· Operation of coring machine
· Complete understanding of Titan drawings
· Perform preventive maintenance as required on coring machine
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders.
- Experience working with concrete would be preferred, but not required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
