π― What You'll Do
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care in a dynamic rehab setting
- Support a positive and engaging therapy experience for residents
- Current COTA license in the state of California
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for helping others regain independence
