Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Project Coordinator to support the execution of packaging and marketing design projects for our growing portfolio of consumer-packaged goods (CPG). This role bridges creative and operational teams, ensuring that all graphic assets--from product packaging to point-of-sale materials--are delivered accurately on time, and in line with brand standards.

As a key member of the creative operations team, you'll coordinate project timelines, asset development, approvals, and production handoff processes. You'll work closely with design, marketing, regulatory, product development, and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brands.

Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for graphic design projects across packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between design, marketing, product, regulatory, and external print vendors to ensure alignment throughout the creative process.
· Asset Management: Maintain and track all versions of creative assets, ensuring proper file naming, storage, and documentation for internal and external use.
· Proofing & Approvals: Coordinate internal and external reviews, route artwork for stakeholder feedback, and manage the approval process to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
· Production Handoff: Ensure final files are properly prepared and delivered to print vendors or digital channels, adhering to technical specifications and production deadlines.
· Timeline & Workflow Management: Maintain project schedules, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively communicate risks or delays to stakeholders.
· Process Improvement: Support the refinement of workflows, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency and creative output.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Associate's degree in communications, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or marketing operations, ideally within a CPG or design-focused environment.
· Strong understanding of creative development and production processes (especially packaging).
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign (you don't need to be a designer but must understand file types and specs).
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
· Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet).
· Knowledge of print production, packaging regulations, or CPG workflows is highly preferred.
· Passion for consumer brands, packaging, and design.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Eye for detail and quality control in visual communication.
