What You'll Do:
As a Mortgage Closer you'll be responsible for providing support for first and second mortgage loan closing activities. You will review reports for upcoming mortgage closings, prepare and review documents for the title companies and team members. Additionally, you will assist Members, team members and title companies with questions. You will also perform final preparation and audit of all documents needed for closing. Lastly, Mortgage Closers will provide support to both Team Members and Members for all loan products with exceptional, efficient, and accurate service.

- Compensation: $19.56 - $21.90/hr + per file production incentives (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What's Needed For This Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be NMLS Certified and bondable upon hire
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work productively in a high volume, team environment with high levels of interruption
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision
- Strong sense of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support Members and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

We'd Love To See:
- Experience in the field of mortgage loan processing or closing
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This position may require additional hours as needed depending on loan volume.
Training:
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundations Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
