Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative, Cigna for Employers Helpline - Remote (Finance)



POSITION SUMMARY

The Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative position is within the Consumer Onboarding and Service Department. Provides customer service to our Select segment client base utilizing the Cigna for Employers. Acts as a resource for matrix partners inclusive of Sales and Client Advocacy as well as clients and brokers, with an emphasis on high client interaction. Supports standard front line troubleshooting skills and security access management for the portal. Facilitates scheduled training sessions via WebEx for customers on portal navigation and usage.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitors a phone line to manage inquiries from external clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders/partners.
  • Provides world class helpline customer service.
  • Conducts analysis of multifaceted problems / issues, proposes recommended solutions and drives resolution.
  • Communicates timely important complex information to appropriate levels of the organization.
  • Requires technical / investigation and trouble shooting skills.
  • Facilitates discussions / solutions with partners, and acts as a subject matter expert on all Client Resources portal related applications / reporting.
  • Supports the creation and amendment of security access for portal users.
  • Follows basic inventory management disciplines for managing workload.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a standard work schedule within the department's hours of operation- Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm MST.
  • Minimum of three years relevant customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience performing in a client facing capacity preferred.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve inquiries to resolution.
  • Technical acumen, investigative and trouble shooting skills are required.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organization skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment.
  • Willing to support team goals while maintaining individual performance.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient using MS Office software, with a focus on Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19 - 29 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
