Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a clinical management position as the Assistant Director of Nursing. In this leadership role at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will assist with overseeing nursing operations in our community, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the quality of life for our residents.
This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $80,000 annually
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities

Assist with supervising nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards.
Educate staff on best practices in patient care and nursing protocols.
Conduct regular assessments of nursing services to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the clinical leadership team and assist with infection prevention and wound care oversite in the community.
