Who we are looking for

The Alpha Implementation Standards Governance team is seeking a leader with Alpha Business acumen and technical depth to transform Alpha Implementations through technology enablement. The VP of Implementation Standards Execution will monitor and assess Alpha Gold (Jira) usage on all active Alpha implementations and propose / support opportunities for optimization. Additionally, the Standards Execution VP with target specific roles and workstreams for training, coaching and feedback sessions and will liaise with the AUP team to drive functionality and usability improvements in Alpha Gold. Creative thinking, open mindedness, and the ability to influence change across Alpha Service teams is required.

Reporting into the MD of Alpha Implementation Standards Governance, this role will work directly with internal implementation team members as well as client-side leads. The goal of this role is to drive full & complete usage of the Alpha Gold platform, standard plans, reports, and program metrics to improve the quality, duration, cost and risk profile of Alpha implementations.

What you will be responsible for

  • Drive Alpha Gold training curriculum for key Implementation roles including CIEs, PMs, Workstreams, Client leads
  • Regularly monitor Implementation team use of the Alpha Gold platform, tools, plans, reports. Schedule targeting training and coaching sessions based on usage assessments
  • Collect and distribute best practices from across implementations
  • Provide business requirements for functionality and usage improvements to the AUP team
  • Build and socialize standard cross-phase process flows for Implementations (e.g., non-standard requests through demand management)
  • Propose opportunities for automation & AI within the implementation workflows to drive efficiencies
  • Work with the Alpha Utility Platform team and Alpha Implementation teams to operationalize Alpha Gold improvements

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience directly supporting client implementations
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, time management and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in technical development, a quantitative analytics or similar

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $205,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
