Machine Operator (1st shift) (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Machine Operator in our Block departmentfor Materials Corporation in Janesville, WI.

Job Duties:
Setup, operate and maintain concrete manufacturing machines.Ensure product quality at every phase of production with high attention to detail and communication with team members.Adjust equipment, ensure quality of materials, and troubleshoot machine problems.Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and tape measures using mathematical and mechanical skills.Operating forklifts Clean up as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:
Must be mechanically inclined and able to identify problems and troubleshoot quickly.Strong understanding of production processes and ability to meet a production schedule.Ability to identify and react to a quickly changing environment.Proactive and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
