Civil & Environmental Engineering Interns (Finance)
The Opportunity:
Tetra Tech is seeking Civil & Environmental Engineering Interns to support our Water/Wastewater group. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience working on a wide range of municipal projects - from collection and conveyance systems to pump stations, storage, treatment facilities, and rehabilitation efforts. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers on projects that upgrade aging infrastructure, provide sustainable solutions, and preserve safe, reliable water delivery for communities.

Your Role:
As a Civil & Environmental Intern, you will:
- Assist in the design and permitting of municipal water/wastewater projects.
- Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses.
- Contribute to the preparation of engineering reports and supporting documents.
- Assist with construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate and interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tasks in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
Qualifications:
- Third- or fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in sustainable design and public infrastructure solutions.
