Finance Cloud Enablement Change Management Lead - Hybrid (Finance)



Job Profile Summary

The Change Management Leader will play a critical role in the business adoption of the multi-year Finance Cloud Enablement program. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to accounting and finance processes, systems, technology, and organizational impacts. The primary responsibility will be creating, implementing, and leading change management strategies and plans to drive successful implementation and adoption for business end users and key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will coordinate, develop and execute the training plan in partnership with the business and technology workstream leads.

Core Responsibilities

  • Change Management Planning: Developing and executing change management plans, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.This includes project managing the Change Management & Training workstreams through each release cycle.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating changes to employees, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding. This includes drafting and delivering communications materials and maintaining ongoing engagement methodologies (newsletters, intranet site, communications plan etc)
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs while working with technology and business SMEs to develop end user training for employees.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders, including leaders, project teams, and employees, to ensure alignment for successful adoption.
  • Process Improvement: Capturing, monitoring and measuring change impacts and adoption metrics for areas of process improvement and optimization.
  • Leadership Engagement: Developing leadership facing materials to provide regular updates and reports on change management progress, identifying risks, and documenting lessons learned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 8+ years of change management and business experience is preferred
  • PROSCI Change management or equivalent trainingis preferred
  • Track record of taking initiative, leading complex projects, working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail / follow-through with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills - ability to assess needs, collaborate and deliver practical solutions that drive results; an excellent listener that seeks to understand multiple viewpoints
  • Possesses deep knowledge of change management principles, practices, methodologies, and tools. Demonstrates proven experience in applying these solutions to drive sustainable business results.
  • Demonstrates exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences and drive groups to consensus and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence business leaders and stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization
  • High level of confidence in public speaking
  • Proven ability to build strong and trusting relationships across multiple teams and departments
