Sales Support (Sales)



Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Inside Sales Department, including managing price & availability requests, order entry, and small orders. Support the team in the preparation of reports, customer documentation, and communication follow-ups.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions regarding order status, pricing, availability, and product information. Assist in resolving customer issues, including managing RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Order Management: Process small orders, ensure accurate data entry, and track order status. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Price & Availability Requests: Accurately provide price and availability information to customers by leveraging product knowledge and internal ERP systems. Ensure prompt follow-up and clear communication with customers on their requests.
Sales Coordination: Work alongside Inside Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure seamless follow-up on leads, customer requests, and order-related queries.
Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with data entry and report generation in the ERP system. Support the team in compiling and delivering sales reports, including tracking sales performance, order status, and open RMAs.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure that orders are processed efficiently, and any delivery or product issues are addressed quickly.
Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the Inside Sales Team, and other departments to ensure clear and effective communication across the company. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are updated on orders, inquiries, and ongoing customer requests.
