Office Coordinator (Administrative)



Office Coordinator
Reports to: PCS Area Manager

As an Office Coordinator you would be responsible for staffing and dispatching caregivers to our valued clients. You may also find yourself filing, making copies, and answering phones. The Office Coordinator treats members and coworkers with respect and dignity and will always maintain confidentiality of all client information. The Office Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices. You would ideally be a self-directed individual that is able to work with little supervision.

Office Coordinator Essential Duties
Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filingCommunicating with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visitsTracking unstaffed caregiver hours for regionCorresponding staffing needs to recruitmentTraining and orientation of new caregivers in locationCompany car fleet maintenance/mileage managementOrdering monthly office supplies

Office Coordinator Requirements
Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screeningMust have a valid driver's license and current auto insuranceAuthorized to work legally in the United States of AmericaAble to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9
