Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
Coordinates logistical, security and communication needs for guests
Assists with all visitor requests for offices, adding guests for security clearance
Answers incoming telephone calls and forwards to the appropriate person
Takes accurate and completes messages for those who are unavailable
Promptly greets and announces visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
Provides general administrative support to the Business Manager and management as required
Provides event planning, hospitality or other services
Interacts on a weekly basis with all caterers & food service platforms
Coordinates space, books conference rooms, audio/visual, catering and equipment as needed
Works directly with building management, events vendors, third-party specialty service providers
Manages all onsite and offsite specialty events and monthly social gatherings.
Order and stock supplies as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience preferably as a receptionist or in hospitality role
Previous experience in a client service field preferred
A great attitude, personable, outgoing, energetic and approachable
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to handle issues with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 19.18 to 26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
