Graphic Designer (Creative Design)



Responsible for the design and production of advertising, marketing materials and publications produced by department.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation of digital and print materials, including forms, business cards, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Design engaging social media graphics that align with CARTI's brand and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer on project planning, design concepts, and campaign execution.
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Prepare and deliver files in the correct format for print and digital distribution.
Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in sourcing photography, graphics, and other design assets as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to ensure project needs are met.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility of work hours to meet project deadlines; occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special events or urgent projects.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Proficiency with industry standard design software required.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual composition.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively with team members.
Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.


REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to follow instructions, adapt to feedback, and contribute ideas in collaborative settings
Capability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities.


INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Must interact and communicate both verbally and in written form.
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism when working with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
