Shift: Day shift Mon-Fri, Flexible start times

What You'll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic:
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on all types of diesel and trailing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, issues, performing repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete paperwork on equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Maintain proficiency with equipment and technologies that enhance productivity.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with operations and shop management.
Diesel Mechanic Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software (experience with TMT a plus).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours calls if required.
