Position Summary
Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of the activities of any work team of the Compliance Department. Participates in and completes projects of low complexity and may assist on projects of moderate complexity, specializing in the following area:
Insurance Regulatory
Communicates, monitors, and tracks laws, regulations, and insurance department guidelines and assists in determining company impact.
Assists with internal investigations involving Agents.
Communicates, tracks and monitors completion of required Anti-Money Laundering Agent training.
Leads the coordination of weather moratoriums.
Leads and coordinates responses to requests for information from insurance departments and regulatory agencies; reviews for accuracy and completeness; prepares related communications; and maintains documentation.
Provides guidance on and monitors corrective action plans.
Develops and maintains relationships with state insurance departments and regulatory agencies.
Performs ad hoc regulatory research.
