Account Installation Senior Representative Remote (Finance)



Ready to take the next step on your career journey? The Cigna Group is hiring an Account Implementation Senior Representative. You'll be part of a team responsible for installing and maintaining the benefit plan information that is used and accessed both internally within the Cigna organization and externally by clients, customers and applicable parties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure, load and update plans into applicable pharmacy systems
  • Interacts daily with the Pharmacy Implementation/Benefits Operations to implement new and renewal benefit plans and client pricing
  • Works with internal service partners to update plans and configure new plans as required
  • Successfully and independently manages multiple implementation/account changes of medium to high complexity
  • Resolves implementation issues, questions/concerns, including benefit/product design
  • Loads completion dates for specific deliverables in all appropriate systems
  • Analyze pre-defined fields; read free text comments and interpret client intent, reach out to applicable internal partners to validate client intent
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of the pharmacy process to ensure accurate account/change setup in applicable systems
  • Ensure all transactions are clearly documented and files are easy to access

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with various systems/platforms used in support of the installation process preferred
  • Knowledge of Healthcare plans and benefit plan designs
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel), required
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment, gathering information quickly, assessing options, and recommending and implementing solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and organize to meet strict timelines and accuracy requirements

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
