CNC Swiss Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Norwood Medical is a leading medical device component manufacturer committed to innovation and precision. We're seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss-type lathes to produce high-precision components for the medical industry. Your work will directly contribute to creating life-saving medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 12 axis Star CNC Swiss lathes.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure parts meet specifications.Perform routine quality checks using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and comparators.Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms and issues to maintain production efficiency.Change tools, adjust offsets, and maintain machine lubrication and coolant levels.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
