Lead Administrative Assistant (Finance)



As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance productivity, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional results.

You will report directly to our IGS VP GM and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in managing schedules and coordinating meetings.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
