Position Summary:
Reporting to the Facilities and Events Manager, the receptionist serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and external guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment. This role oversees the main lobby reception, manages front desk operations, and provides administrative support. The Receptionist will also oversee Honors Ambassadors (HAs), managing their schedules and ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities effectively. The incumbent will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-service oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of experience in an office or administrative support position. Associate or Bachelor's.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.Working at USF
