Director – Global Equity Research Analyst (Finance)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director – Global Equity Research Analyst to join our Global and International Equity team. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental research across global markets to support the team's high-conviction portfolio construction process. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with experience in client service, due diligence meetings, and participating in asset raising.
What you'll do:
Conduct fundamental research on companies within assigned sectors, industries, or geographies globally.
Analyze financial statements, build valuation models, assess competitive positioning, and evaluate management quality.
Monitor macroeconomic, geopolitical, and industry-specific developments that may impact covered holdings.
Develop and present well-supported buy/sell recommendations with a long-term investment horizon.
Partner closely with Portfolio Manager and other Analysts to inform portfolio construction.
Actively participate in risk reviews, idea vetting, and performance attribution conversations.
Produce high-quality written research notes and thematic reports for internal use.
Clearly and concisely communicate investment ideas and key risks to stakeholders across the firm.
Participate in client and consultant due diligence meetings, as well as prospect presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant analytical experience globally (i.e. Europe, Asia, and U.S. at minimum).
Proven track record of deep fundamental analysis, modeling, and valuation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Global perspective and curiosity about diverse markets, cultures, and business models.
Experience in a value-based investment process highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 – 110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
