Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative AR Manager to join our accounting team, with a focus on new customer analysis, cash application, collections, and customer deduction determination. This role is essential in aligning different internal departments along with an intense customers focus, to manage our Accounts Receivable asset.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable within the manufacturing industry including at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role. This individual should have prior collection experience and understanding of how the role plays into our cash flow position. In addition, this candidate will have a good understanding of GAAP along with strong financial reporting skills. Additionally, good communication skills are imperative as this department interacts daily with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage credit limits, reporting, and our credit insurance relationship on behalf of the organization.
· Lead and manage accounts receivable to ensure the collection of all invoice amounts are within payment terms.
· Supervise and mentor Deduction and Collection team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
· Provide guidance and work with staff on correct posting of all cash receipts.
· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Facilitate payment of upcoming and past due invoices by sending bill reminders, statements and contacting customers as needed.
· Handle new customer setup - facilitate credit checks, credit limits, system maintenance as needed.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
· Manage our deduction software, High Radius - including the system, interfaces, and report outs.
· Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to revolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
· Prepare and present AR aging reports, forecast and other financial analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
· Good understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in AR/accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3, High-Radius)
· Great leadership skills with communication and the need for success.

Hours and Pay:
Position is a straight 5-day week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and will be based at our facility in Little Chute, WI. We offer a competitive base pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
