SUMMARY:
The Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain activities. This role plays a key part in enabling the supply chain teams to make informed decisions by delivering timely market intelligence, maintaining supplier information, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update cost and pricing databasesEnsure teams have accurate and current pricing for negotiations and decision-makingCollect, analyze, and interpret supply chain dataDevelop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and improve supply chain visibilityTrack and analyze pricing trends for key categoriesCoordinate and track sample requestsMonitor and summarize market intelProvide reports on market trends, supply-demand shifts, and cost driversSupport teams with ad hoc market research and analysisAssist in preparing presentationsAssist with supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and project trackingSupport continuous improvement projects within supply chain processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Chemistry or a related field3+ years of experience in chemical procurement and supply chain preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
