This is a 2nd Shift 12pm - 830pm Opportunity
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical system repair, conveyor repair, pump repair, bearing repair, and gearbox repair.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend its lifespan.
Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Install and maintain various types of motors, including single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase motors.
Repair hydraulic systems.
Maintain accurate and detailed work order documentation.
Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical components.
Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a vocational training program in mechanics or a related field is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience as a mechanic, performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Proven experience with diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Knowledge/Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
High School Diploma plus certification from a technical school or applicable skilled trades program.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Experience with various types of motor installations.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a noisy and potentially hazardous environment.
May require working overtime as needed.
