Operations Advisor, Enterprise Print & Distribution - Express Scripts (Finance)



POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Advisor is the primary liaison between the business, technology, operations partner and our third-party partner. The Operations Advisor will conduct a weekly call with our third-party partner on the progress and status of these requests. The Operations Advisor will educate internal team members in the process of submitting a request for communication work and procurement requests for funding. The Operations Advisor may also get engaged in other cross functional projects as needed.

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to work in person 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.

Primary Functions

  • Monitor Intakes that require support from our third-party partners.
  • Ensure inputs are accurate, complete and entered into system of record.
  • Gather communication setup requirements from various functional teams within CIGNA USE.
  • Manage and report on project status and timelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify issues and resolve them with business & technology partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and develop tools to complete deliverables in an accurate and efficient manner.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant project/program management experience.
  • Experience within Enterprise Print & Distribution required.
  • Moderate SQL skills or familiarity preferred.
  • High level of confidence and enthusiasm to learn new processes and systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak with technical and non-technical audiences interchangeably.
  • Demonstrated self-initiative and independently manage campaign execution from ideation to implementation.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required.
  • Proven ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers across the organization.
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Agile, Atlassian-Jira, Confluence; SharePoint, Alation experience preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,600 - 134,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
