professional development programs from concept to completion in coordination with the Executive
Director, education and professional development program coordinators/managers, Center
administrative operations personnel, and subject matter experts/stakeholders. Lead education
and professional development program coordinator(s).
• Identify gaps and perform a needs assessment of educational and professional development
trainings and programming, guiding the Executive Director in strategic planning.
• Provide individual contribution in the design, development, and implementation of educational and
professional development programming that is evidence-based or in line with standards of best
practice. The time allocation of this duty will fluctuate based on the education and professional
development agenda and capacity of the team, particularly as the Center grows and evolves.
• Serve as a liaison between the Center and key subject matter experts, academic and community
stakeholders, and participants on matters involving education and professional development.
Represent the Center and Executive Director as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the reach and effectiveness of educational and professional development
programs. Collaborate with Center data analytics personnel to identify areas of improvement and
make evidence-based recommendations for enhancing educational experiences. Contribute to
annual reports, summarizing educational and professional development activities and associated
outcomes.
