Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with Tilcon's core values: Safety, Integrity, and Quality.
- Promote a proactive safety culture with a goal of ZERO incidents.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster accountability, engagement, and growth.
- Oversee all aspects of electrical maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective work.
- Minimize downtime by implementing efficient workflows and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support.
- Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues and customer needs.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive performance and reliability.
- Manage budgets, procurement of parts and materials, and vendor relationships.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70, 70B, and 70E standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems is a plus.
