You'll play a key role in as an SLA / MJP Process Operator at 3D Systems, you won't just follow procedures-you'll drive innovation and precision in the production of next-generation 3D printing materials.. What You Will Do:
  • Set up and process SLA /MJP batches in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Read and interpret batch sheets and process instructions to complete tasks accurately.
  • Follow standard work instructions and guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Fill / Package / Repackage products.
  • Clean and maintain equipment per procedures.
  • Ensure equipment and tools are in calibration before production use.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems to determine actual faults.
  • Ensure timely preparation and availability of materials to avoid shortages during production.
  • Report to supervisor regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress.
  • Report to supervisor potential shortage of raw materials or supplies.

What You Will Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 yrs. relevant experience is preferred
  • Able to work 2 nd / split shift hours, if necessary
  • Understands common concepts practices, and procedures of batch process operations.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment / containers - able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Can drive a forklift.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and mixing devices.
  • Able to work safely
  • Able to work with minimal supervision .
